leaderships?

what a day. meeting at 12.30 till 1.40pm. they gave a talk about leaderships. man, i dont think so im a prefect that fit for those 'six pillars' they are talking about. maybe three of them is but not all. hehe, i guess nobody's perfect alright? (:
